Action Billing Solutions is now a division of Physicians Software Solutions Inc. We are a full service Medical Billing Company. We specialize in Obstetrics/Gynecology, Cardiothoracic Surgery and Family Practice Billing. We offer a range of services tailored to meet each clients needs, from electronic claims submission to insurance follow up and patient statements, we are here to serve.

We located to Kern County in 2003 and while we are fairly new here, we are not new to Medical Billing. Prior to our move, we were based out of Ventura, California and still currently have clients in that area. Action Billing Solutions is comprised of a Medical Coding Expert and a Medical Software Engineer who specialize in HIPAA compliance and custom reports. We have combined experience exceeding 18 years in the Medical Field. You do not need to be based out of Southern California to utilize our services. We will pay for the courier costs to pick up and deliver right from your office.
